Discussing Fees
Fees are provided after we have spoken and I have a clear understanding of your unique circumstances and therapeutic goals. This allows the fee to reflect the specific level and structure of support that will best meet your needs. Although each service has a standard fee, these are shared only once your needs are established and the right service has been identified.
Below is an overview of the therapeutic and professional services available.
Initial Psychological Assessment
The initial assessment is a 90-minute appointment and is more comprehensive than a standard therapy session.
It includes:
- an in-depth exploration of your psychological history
- an assessment of current difficulties, emotional patterns, and goals
- a review of relevant life experiences and relational themes
- structured psychological questionnaires (where clinically appropriate) to assess schemas, emotional modes, and underlying patterns
This extended process allows for accurate formulation, clarity, and a personalised treatment plan. It also includes clinical time outside the session for analysis, interpretation, and integration of questionnaire data.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions
Follow-up sessions offer continued therapeutic work tailored to your individual goals.
These sessions include:
- 50–60 minutes of direct therapeutic work
- an additional period reserved for essential clinical administration (treatment planning, preparation, and notes)
- integrative therapeutic approaches suited to your presentation
- support with emotional regulation, deeper processing, and long-term insight
Sessions may take place in person or online.
A limited number of appointments are offered each week to ensure high-quality, personalised care.
If you choose to opt in to my GDPR compliant, secure AI-assisted note-taking platform, you may also receive weekly session summaries. Full information and consent are provided beforehand.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR sessions are structured in extended 90-minute appointments to allow:
- safe and contained processing
- grounding and stabilisation
- completion of EMDR protocol phases at a clinically appropriate pace
In addition, EMDR sessions utilise a specialist bilateral stimulation kit that provides coordinated visual, tactile, and audio bilateral input. This enhances the precision and quality of EMDR processing and supports deeper regulation throughout the session, offering a more stabilising and effective trauma-focused experience.
These sessions may be part of ongoing therapy or offered as a focused treatment pathway.
